About Industrial Image Supply
Technology Solutions Since 1998
Industrial Image Supply provides professional imaging products and solutions to businesses, engineers, system integrators, researchers, and other technology professionals throughout the United States.
Our roots go back to 1998, when we began as Rosman Information Systems, serving the technology community with a focus on helping organizations source the products and solutions they needed. More than 25 years later, we continue to serve customers throughout the United States from our home in Palatine, Illinois.
Today, Industrial Image Supply builds on that experience with a specialized focus on professional imaging products.
An Authorized EPIX Reseller
Industrial Image Supply is an authorized domestic reseller of EPIX, Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of professional imaging hardware and software.
We offer EPIX products including PIXCI® frame grabbers, cameras, imaging software, cables, accessories, and related imaging products for machine vision, scientific, industrial, and other professional imaging applications.
Our goal is simple: make specialized imaging products easier to research and purchase.
We've developed our online store to give customers convenient access to product information, specifications, pricing, and online ordering—while still providing a way to reach a real company when questions arise.
Specialized Products Without the Purchasing Friction
Professional imaging equipment isn't always something you can add to a shopping cart on a typical electronics website.
Many customers already know the exact EPIX product or part number they need. For those customers, we want purchasing to be straightforward: find the product, review the specifications, and order it online.
Other customers need help determining which product is appropriate for their application. If you're uncertain about a product or compatibility with your existing equipment, contact us with the details of your application, camera, interface, or product requirements. We'll help you locate the appropriate product information and, when necessary, work with available manufacturer resources to help address your questions.
We believe ecommerce and personal service should complement one another—not replace one another.
Serving Customers Nationwide
Industrial Image Supply is located in Palatine, Illinois, in the Chicago metropolitan area. While we're proud to serve businesses throughout Illinois and the Midwest, our customer relationships extend across the United States.
Whether you're purchasing a single component, researching an imaging system, or looking for a source for ongoing product requirements, we welcome the opportunity to work with you.
